1/2 cup chocolate casein
1 tbsp. Fitness Fiber
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 and 1/4 cup of water (or milk)
Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl and divide into two smaller bowls. Allow it to cool in the fridge for an hour to enjoy cold or eat it right after making – both ways are delicious!
